Returns Policy
At Wistus, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please read our policy carefully.
Returns Eligibility
- You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s).
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags still attached.
- Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
- If you are returning an item for any reason other than a fault or error on our part, the cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
- If you would like to exchange an item (e.g., for a different size or color), you are responsible for the shipping costs of both the return and the replacement item.
Damaged or Faulty Items
- If your item arrived damaged or faulty, please email us at wistusclothing@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Photos of the damage or fault.
- Your order number and a brief description of the issue.
- Do not return the item until we confirm next steps via email.
How to Return an Item
- Email us at wistusclothing@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Package the item securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Ship the item to the return address provided in our email response.
Additional Notes
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving your return, provided it meets our conditions.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error or fault on our part.
