Returns Policy

At Wistus, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please read our policy carefully.


Returns Eligibility

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s).
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags still attached.
  • Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If you are returning an item for any reason other than a fault or error on our part, the cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
  • If you would like to exchange an item (e.g., for a different size or color), you are responsible for the shipping costs of both the return and the replacement item.

Damaged or Faulty Items

  • If your item arrived damaged or faulty, please email us at wistusclothing@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with:
    • Photos of the damage or fault.
    • Your order number and a brief description of the issue.
  • Do not return the item until we confirm next steps via email.

How to Return an Item

  1. Email us at wistusclothing@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Package the item securely to prevent damage during transit.
  3. Ship the item to the return address provided in our email response.

Additional Notes

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving your return, provided it meets our conditions.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error or fault on our part.
