How long will my parcel take to arrive?

We strive to dispatch all orders within 2 working days. Delivery times are as follows:

• United Kingdom: 2–3 working days after dispatch.
• Europe: 4–7 working days after dispatch.
• Other international destinations: 7–15 working days after dispatch.

Are there any customs duty fees?

For international orders, customs fees may apply. These are typically around 10 euros and are the responsibility of the customer. Check our Shipping Policy for additional information.

What’s your return process?

We offer 14 days from delivery to return your item. Items must be:

• Unwashed and unworn (except for trying on).
• Returned with all original packaging and tags.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part. Read our Returns Policy for more details.
